The trail was designed to connect Sveti Martin spa resort and Štrigova. The hike can start at the spa resort, in Železna Gora, or Štrigova. Beginning at the spa resort, the trail leads uphill along a forest path to Trnovčak and continues by road to Železna Gora. From there, you follow the road past Zmajev Vrt (Cro. Dragon’s Garden; Keramos Valkaj) to the Međimurje Hiking Trail (MPP) in Grabrovnik. Following the MPP, you reach the peak of Štrigovčak (300 m) and arrive in Štrigova, where you can take a break at one of the local catering facilities. If you have time to spare, you can visit the restored Church of St. Jerome, famous for Ranger’s frescoes. There is also the new Dom kulture (Cro. Center of Culture) in Štrigova, which houses the local Tourist Board office. Upon return to the spa resort, the road leads to Kocijan Winery and then continues along a path passing by beautiful sculptures and the Osonjički atelier. The trail finishes in Jurovčak, where you can visit a deer and mouflon farm or take a break a bit further down the path at Hažić Winery. The trail includes two slightly steeper ascents (to Štrigovčak and Jurovčak) and is accessible year-round.
